Digital Audio and Video Adapter

  1. Check if the TV screen is turned on.
  2. HDMI cable may have poor connection, it is recommended to choose a safe and high-quality HDMI cable.
  3. Please insert the iPhone Lightning cable firmly
  4. Check if the iPhone screen is in low power mode (please swipe the phone screen).
  5. iPhone system requires IOS 13.0 or later.
  6. Not supported on high-end smart TVs.
